All children wear a school uniform. This consists of:
- School sweatshirt or cardigan
- White polo shirt or shirt
- Grey or black skirt, trousers or shorts
- Checked summer dress
- Black shoes
School sweatshirts and cardigans can be ordered from Headmasters in New Mills.
For PE children should wear black shorts, a white T-shirt and black trainers.
In winter some children also wear tracksuit bottoms and tops (No hoodies please).
Although we try our hardest to keep uniform free of paint and dirt, it is a uniform for their work, and their work does involve getting messy!
PLEASE ENSURE ALL CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT IS CLEARLY LABELLED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME.
If you are in receipt of Income Support, Income Related Employment and Support Allowance, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance or Child Tax Credits, your child may be eligible for Pupil Premium funding. If we are aware made aware of this we can provide your child with a set of uniform to start school with.
