Outdoor play forms an important part of our day. We try to operate a system where the children have free-flow to the outdoors, so that they can decide if and when they want to be outdoors. We work outside with children all year round and we will go outside in all weathers, except the very extreme.
The outdoor environment offers the opportunity to undertake activities that couldn’t be done inside!!!
A child will not catch a cold from being outside, and germs spread more quickly in warm environments, therefore we expect that if your child is well enough to attend school they are well enough to be outside!
